Our Center

At Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Primacy we offer long-term care as well as short-term rehabilitation. Our nursing and rehabilitation center is committed to providing quality care to each patient and resident we serve. We are within close proximity to a hospital and an assisted living center, and located near an interstate, making it easy for family and friends to visit their loved ones.
